• Ensure legal advice on enquiries and legal assistance in drafting opinions and consultations

• Cooperation in the development and updating of legal bases (explanatory notes, texts of regulations and directives)

• Elaborate guidelines and instructions in the field of military law, data protection law and the application of the public law

• Direct the operational planning and the technical, methodological and didactic implementation of the training law for the benefit of internal bodies, training bodies in the field of defence and external authorities

• Create and revise training documents according to didactic aspects with the help of competent bodies

• Support the Office for Extremism in the Army in communication, case advice and initiation of measures

This makes them unique.

• Completed law degree (Bachelor) with several years of professional experience

• Very good conceptual and rhetorical skills, didactic and educational knowledge

• Communication and team-capable, networked thinking

• Good knowledge of military law, reliable and proactive

• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language

Your commitment to security and freedom The training command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss army – from recruitment to general basic training to cadre training for the militia and the professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the higher cadre training, the personnel of the army, five teaching associations, the training center as well as the Women in the Army and Diversity Department. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sports sector and contribute to success together with the professional military.

The Swiss Army employs more than 9,000 people in four military and around 200 civilian occupations – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. The next generation is also taken care of: The Swiss Army trains learners in more than 30 professions.
