As of September 1, 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a flexible reinforcement for the Berne location.

They can do that.

• Testing of the incoming sample material and assignment to the different subject areas
• Telephone consultation with clients in case of ambiguity
• Acquisition of re-orders and testing of sample stability for re-demands
• Operation and maintenance of the automated sample distribution
• Processing of error lists (orders without sample material, samples without order forms, etc.)
• Preparation and shipment of samples to external laboratories
• Basic medical education or professional experience in a medical field
• Reliable and accurate working methods
• Ability to keep track even in hectic situations
• Readiness to provide evening services until around 9 p.m. and Saturday services
• Very good knowledge of German
