We are looking for someone for the Tertianum Rägeboge in the Bern region immediately or by appointment

Health specialist EFZ 60-100%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our nursing principles and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a caregiver
• Participation in the care process and in the care needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests in our dementia department
• Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
• Assuming day-to-day responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a subject person on a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Enjoy a variety of challenges
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
