Healthcare Professional as Trainer 70-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the organization, planning, and implementation of learning support on the wards
• Contact person for our AGS and FaGe trainees and HF students
• Holistic care and nursing of guests according to our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Planning and accompanying doctor visits
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Management of the nursing process and conduct of case conferences
• Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person
• Taking on daily responsibility and coordination of the day team
• Taking on tasks as a theme bearer with professional authority

Your profile

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ
• Completed trainer course
• Work experience in long-term care desirable
• Secure communication in the German language in speech and writing
