- You will be the reference point between IT teams and trades to ensure efficient, consistent and qualitative management of applications.
- Support IT teams in the application of ITIL processes and best practices
- Coordinate and monitor business applications in collaboration with different IT domains
- Manage the service catalogue and associated forms in ServiceNow
- Produce monitoring indicators and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Lead governance forums and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Train and support teams in the adoption of processes
- Having a higher education in computer science or equivalent, you justify an experience of 8 to 10 years in a similar role
