Tasks

• You develop and implement measures to secure and further develop our quality of training in basic vocational training (pre-apprenticeship, EBA and EFZ).
• You combine operational requirements and training quality and thus promote a holistic view of learning and practice.
• You will observe trends in professional and adult education and bring innovative impulses to our educational work.
• You participate in educational strategy concepts and lead educational and innovation projects (e.g. implementation of new BiVo FaGe, training concept Concara, talent management learners, etc.) – from cooperation to project responsibility.
• You develop structures that support learners with learning disabilities and promote talents in a targeted manner.
• You help shape the vocational training offer and advise vocational trainees and other specialists competently, practically and appreciatively.

Requirements

• Graduation at tertiary level in health or social sciences (HF/FH or equivalent)
• Further training in pedagogy/adult education (minimum 600 h)
• Several years of experience in basic vocational training
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss education system
• Healthcare experience is beneficial
• Expertise in Quality Management and Organizational Development
• Strategically thinking, conceptually strong
• Independent, proactive, structured and quality-oriented
• Sovereign appearance and clear communication
• Mindful in dealing with your own resources
• Enjoy embracing and driving trends in learning and development
