Tasks

• You ensure and develop the quality of care together with specialist development, care management and education
• Through your evidence-based knowledge, you bring guidelines, coaching and practice support into everyday clinical life.
• As part of the shared leadership team and the interprofessional palliative care consultancy service, you actively shape the cooperation with
• You advise and accompany patients and their loved ones person-centered, especially in complex situations
• You support the supervising teams as well as internal and external network partners with your technical expertise and contribute to quality assurance, evaluation and audits
• In addition, you bring your professional expertise directly into the nursing practice and regularly work in direct patient care.

Requirements

• You are a qualified nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing degree (MScN) and have advanced training in palliative care (DAS, HFPP palliative care or MAS palliative care)
• Professional experience in the field of palliative care is desired and you advantageously bring knowledge and interest in the field of oncology
• Early Palliative Care is not a foreign word for you
• You are eager to actively shape the specialized palliative care department and to break new ground in palliative care and oncology
