To strengthen our Insurance Training team, which plays a central role in the development of our employees’ competence in the insurance business, and to further develop innovative and effective specialist training solutions, we are looking for an expert training Insurance Training. The place of work is located in Lausanne or Bern and requires regular presence at the other location. The following exciting tasks await you:

• Analyze training needs in sales and customer service and develop suitable learning solutions together with the specialist areas
• Design and implement modern learning formats in presence, digitally or as blended learning
• Continuously develop existing training offers, in particular basic training, VBV certifications and the specialist training portfolio
• Coordinate interdisciplinary working groups and lead training projects with internal and external partners
• Conduct specialist training and accompany trainers, coaches and mentors
• Ensure quality, timeliness and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone) This is what distinguishes you:
• German as mother tongue and knowledge of French at least level B2
• Swiss Federal Professional Card in the Insurance Sector or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry as well as in-depth technical expertise, ideally at the level of professional certificate
• Experience in the development and conception of training and further education offers, especially in the field of E Learning and Blended Learning
• In-depth knowledge in project management as well as in the moderation of working groups and the support of change processes
• Good knowledge of sales and customer service processes as well as a strong customer orientation
