- Independent administrative and organisational support for EAC management as well as coordination of appointments and pendings
- Access and authorization management: processing of applications, administration and activation of badges (primion)

- Advantageous training as assistant director or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative hub function, preferably in a higher education environment or in public administration
- Organizational talent, quick understanding and an independent, proactive and exact working method
- Style-confident knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English (level B2) in word and writing
- Safe handling of Word, Outlook and Excel; technical flair, discretion and service orientation
