Their tasks
- - Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation, instructions and knowledge bases for the
- Milling machines with SiemensOne and with Heidenhain control as well as associated components and functions
- - Planning and implementation of technical training of the milling machine for service, sales and specialists
- International United Machining distribution companies
- Support for development projects by ensuring a complete and target group-oriented
- Technical documentation and knowledge transfer for service technicians
- - Analysis, preparation and documentation of technical expert knowledge, including troubleshooting, service procedures
- on internal websites
- - Active collaboration with development, service, product management and academy to promote worldwide
- Knowledge transfers and continuous improvement process
- Support in the quality improvement process for customer problems and willingness to visit customers
Your profile
- - Technical training in mechanical engineering with several years of practical experience as a service technician
- Advantageous with
- Electrical or software training
- - Experience in research & development, technical service or in an industrial production environment as well as
- Enjoyment of knowledge transfer and knowledge documentation
- - Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- French and/or Italian are beneficial
- - Strong communication skills, a high willingness to learn and a structured and independent working method
- Secure handling of HTML, MS Office, knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. Solid Edge), SAP and ticketing systems are
