You bring your expertise and expertise across all locations to our five houses in the Cluster Bern Zentrum. We are convinced that management and quality go hand in hand. That’s why you’re an active and valued part of nursing leadership sessions. Together with the nursing management, you define professional priorities and goals and contribute to the continuous development of the quality of care.

You will advise and support our employees on complex nursing issues and strengthen their professional safety through bedside teaching, case discussions and practical training. With regular refreshers you ensure that our care concepts are understood, applied and sustainably anchored in everyday life. You provide orientation, impart knowledge and support the teams in independently developing and implementing technically secure solutions.

In your cross-location function, you actively contribute to the further development and standardization of medical-nursing processes, treatment processes and professional standards. You combine your expertise with practical relevance and ensure that quality requirements in everyday care become effective. Together with the care management, team leaders and interprofessional teams, you will be involved in quality and practical development projects and actively shape their implementation.

You are not alone: Our specialists and experts, for example in the areas of wound care, palliative care, dementia and RAI classification, are your sparring partners. The professional and collegial exchange as well as the mutual consultation expand your perspectives, strengthen the professional security and increase your joint impact.

You can expect a technically demanding role as an expert with great creative leeway and a direct influence on the quality of our care and support. At the center of your activity is a clear thought: You do not take over – you empower. You strengthen employees and teams in further developing their expertise, taking on responsibility and anchoring knowledge sustainably in everyday care. In this way, you contribute to ensuring that expertise does not remain with a single person, but grows throughout the cluster and has a long-term impact.

Requirements

• You are a nursing expert: in MScN (completed or in training) ideally with deepening nurse practitioner or an experienced dipl. Nurse FH/BSC with in-depth training in the geriatric area
• At least Rai Supervisor:in
• At least 4 years of professional experience, ideally in long-term care or a geriatric setting
• Leadership experience and/or experience in adult education is beneficial but not a condition.
• They look forward to your visits, because you bring energy, joy and an appreciative attitude.
• You are a winning personality and convince with the attitude that every employee can develop further.

Thanks to your experience, your knowledge of people and your sense of different situations, you will be able to pick up people and teams where they are. You manage to set impulses, identify potential and make a small but lasting difference with each of your visits.

You work independently, well organized and structured. You know how to take on your own tasks and at the same time always put people first.
