Full description
Every day, around 3,000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland. They ensure that the Swiss Army and other operational and security organizations can perform their tasks comprehensively at any time.
You can move that
- Responsibility for the administrative and organisational handling of day-to-day business, including correspondence, scheduling and monitoring of deadlines
- Independent processing of off-vehicle services and support of the entire sales process until successful completion
- Participation in projects as well as taking on special tasks and cross-divisional activities
- Supporting supervisor in coordination and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including participation in meetings
- Active support in the warehouse and sales in the two Liq shops Münchenbuchsee and Thun
You bring that with you
- Completed commercial, technical or comparable training, ideally with completed training as an automotive or commercial vehicle mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative, logistical or sales-oriented function
- Independent, structured and reliable working methods and strong organisational skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a good understanding of business connections
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products and affinity for digital systems
- Ability to use, maintain and further develop existing contacts and networks
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
- Team-capable, resilient and flexible personality with a high level of initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Category B driving licence
