On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis’ labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job seekers. One of them is the measure EAR (determination of labour market relevant resources), a location determination and potential assessment for German and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy, if there is a need for clarification on labour market-relevant skills and an assessment of the integration potential for the labour market. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The assigning authority is the cantonal office for unemployment insurance (RAV). You know the Swiss labour market, have experience in application or job coaching and know what is important for a successful reintegration into the first labour market? Professional application coaching in labour integration 60 - 100%

Your tasks with us

• You will conduct individual consultations with participants for professional reintegration
• You support the participants in the development of a realistic and labour market-oriented reintegration strategy
• You accompany the participants in the workspace in their application activities and promote their independence and self-initiative in the job search process
• You support in the creation and optimization of CVs and other application documents
• You reflect on your application activities with the participants and contribute your knowledge about the current job market and contemporary application processes.
• You document the course and the gained insights professionally in the case management software
• You work closely with the other professionals of the AMM EAR and bring your labour market-related perspective into the assessment process

Here's what you bring with you

• You have a vocational or educational qualification at at least secondary level II recognised in Switzerland
• You bring at least three years of proven professional experience in the professional integration of job seekers as an application or job coach
• You have in-depth knowledge of the current Swiss labour market and contemporary application processes
• You have experience in advising and accompanying job seekers
• You understand how to motivate people, promote their own initiative and professionally accompany them in change processes
• You have very good knowledge of German or French in word and writing. Knowledge of the other language is an advantage
• You work independently, structured and service-oriented
