- Cross-cutting, you are responsible for the prioritization and allocation of resources for evolution projects and organize responsibilities for data tools and roles.

- You guarantee the development of the know-how needed to meet the challenges ahead, both for your team and for the staff you manage technically.

Key requirements

- Vous possédez des connaissances approfondies en économie de l'énergie sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur.
- Votre expérience couvre l'analyse de problèmes, le développement de solutions et leur implémentation dans les processus d'affaires.
- Vous avez une affinité particulière pour les sujets de digitalisation, notamment dans des projets logiciels ou de gestion des données.
- Après un diplôme universitaire ou d'une haute école, complété par au minimum une formation continue en économie d'entreprise, vous avez orienté votre carrière de manière ciblée vers le secteur de l'énergie et avez déjà acquis une expérience de management.
- Vous maîtrisez très bien l'allemand et avez un bon niveau de français (ou inversement - min. B2). Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est requise (min. B1).
