- Make logistics efficient: You accept new products, check the inventory and make sure that everything appears on time and orderly on the sales floor.
- Ensure order in the warehouse: You maintain a clean, tidy warehouse where everything has its place so that your team can work safely and efficiently.
- Collaboration with the sales team: You support the sales consultants in keeping the shelves always full and thus ensure an attractive presentation of goods.
- Flexibility: You take responsibility for operations by flexibly covering early and late shifts and Saturdays, contributing to the store’s success.
- You are organized by nature, have a solution-oriented mindset and a strong eye for detail.
- You are a positive team player who takes responsibility, is familiar with digital devices and enjoys creating clean, efficient spaces.
- You have relevant experience in retail, logistics or hospitality, would like to work for a luxury brand such as Rituals and have a valid work permit. Residence permit (C, B, L or G permit) or Swiss citizenship.
