In your day-to-day work, you are right at the heart of it: You install, maintain and look after electrotechnical equipment and telecommunications systems that are essential for the smooth operation of our rail infrastructure. Whether power supplies, customer information systems or data transmission – you ensure that everything functions reliably. You work outdoors, as part of a team, with responsibility and a great deal of technical expertise.
What awaits you
- New construction and modification work on low-voltage systems, customer information systems and transmission technology (fibre optic/copper)
- Independent maintenance and fault resolution on existing systems
- Coordination and support of external companies (including approx. 7 weeks of on-call duty/year)
What you bring
- EFZ as an electrical installer, telecommunications technician or installation electrician with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Willingness to work outdoors during the day, at night (approx. 10%) and on individual weekends
- Category B driving licence (BE an advantage)
- Good health, unimpaired hearing and vision
