- Planning, controlling and implementing e-commerce measures and projects for the continuous development of the online shop
- Ensuring smooth technical shop operations including error analysis, troubleshooting and coordination of cross-departmental requirements
Main responsibilities
- Planning, controlling and implementing e-commerce measures and projects for the continuous development of the online shop
- Ensuring smooth technical shop operations including error analysis, troubleshooting and coordination of cross-departmental requirements
- Analysis of shop, performance and market data as well as creation of reports and decision-making bases to identify potential for improvement
- Close cooperation with internal departments, external partners and service providers in cross-departmental projects
- Documentation and further development of internal processes taking into account Market, customer and technology trends in e-commerce Requirements
- A completed degree in business information technology, business administration or comparable
- Sound technical understanding of e-commerce, online shop processes and digital workflows
- Confident handling of relevant shop, CMS, analysis and ticketing systems
- High communication skills in German and English as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
