  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch und trittst im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sicher und überzeugend auf.
  • Dank deiner mehrjährigen Erfahrung im Bau- oder Immobilienumfeld verfügst du über Kenntnisse in BIM, modellbasiertem Arbeiten, BIM-Datenqualitätsprüfungen sowie im Umgang mit Datenanforderungen im Projektkontext und hast ein fundiertes Verständnis der Planungs-, Bau- und Projektprozesse im Schweizer Bauwesen.
  • Du willst aktiv mitgestalten, wie Daten in der Schweizer Bau- und Immobilienwelt künftig genutzt werden, und verbindest operative Umsetzung mit konzeptionellem Denken.
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bauwesen oder in der Immobilienwirtschaft (z. B. Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen) oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1); Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du hast zudem Kenntnisse von OpenBIM-Datenstrukturen (insbesondere IFC, IDS und BCF)

  • You have a university degree in construction or real estate (e.g. architecture or civil engineering) or a comparable qualification.
  • You have business fluent German skills (min. C1);
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage.
