- Du willst aktiv mitgestalten, wie Daten in der Schweizer Bau- und Immobilienwelt künftig genutzt werden, und verbindest operative Umsetzung mit konzeptionellem Denken.
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bauwesen oder in der Immobilienwirtschaft (z. B. Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen) oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1); Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Du hast zudem Kenntnisse von OpenBIM-Datenstrukturen (insbesondere IFC, IDS und BCF)

- You want to actively shape how data will be used in the Swiss construction and real estate world in the future and combine operational implementation with conceptual thinking.
- You have a university degree in construction or real estate (e.g. architecture or civil engineering) or a comparable qualification.
- You have business fluent German skills (min. C1);
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
