Du willst aktiv mitgestalten, wie Daten in der Schweizer Bau- und Immobilienwelt künftig genutzt werden, und verbindest operative Umsetzung mit konzeptionellem Denken.
Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bauwesen oder in der Immobilienwirtschaft (z. B. Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen) oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1); Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Du hast zudem Kenntnisse von OpenBIM-Datenstrukturen (insbesondere IFC, IDS und BCF)

You want to actively shape how data will be used in the Swiss construction and real estate world in the future and combine operational implementation with conceptual thinking.
You have a university degree in construction or real estate (e.g. architecture or civil engineering) or a comparable qualification.
You have business fluent German skills (min. C1);
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
You also have knowledge of OpenBIM data structures (especially IFC, IDS and BCF)
