Tasks: • Development and implementation of the dissertation project with the aim of presenting and publishing findings • Cooperation in an internationally oriented research team • Presentation and publication of research results • Support of teaching at Bachelor and Master level • Cooperation with doctoral candidates • Participation at the science/practice interface Requirements • Master’s degree from an accredited university in the field of business administration or related humanities or social science disciplines • Interest in empirical research in department-specific departments • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing • High reliability, autonomy, efficiency and flexibility • Structured and conscientious working methods We offer: Excellent framework conditions for the constitution of a dissertation
