- Together with the Head of Apprenticeship, you will develop innovative training concepts, create optimal conditions for learners and employees and make an important contribution to the successful implementation of the professional reform Futuremem.
- You combine leadership, strategic thinking and a strong service orientation with a passion for education and technical professions.
- You are responsible for the strategic and organizational development of your areas and actively participate in the implementation and further development of the professional reform "Futuremem
- They further develop project management as a central future competence of vocational training and coordinate cross-divisional projects, processes and initiatives
- They ensure the optimal planning and control of personnel, resources, budget, cost centers and infrastructure and create economic and future-oriented framework conditions for training.
- They maintain close cooperation with internal clients, departments, HR and external partners and support vocational training in recruitment activities, career orientation events and challenging situations with learners Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the area of construction, engineering or a comparable technical environment, supplemented by relevant higher professional or business education
- Knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system and in the field of vocational training, as well as experience and joy in promoting young people
- Leadership experience or proven potential to perform a leadership function and the willingness to undergo appropriate leadership training
