Role overview

Tasks - Fresh bread and fresh baked goods are your passion.

That's why you lead our department and give our customers an equally fresh shopping experience at all times.

• You ensure supplies: Thanks to you, nothing is missing that the customers want, you bake bread and present it optimally.

• You are happy to share your extensive knowledge and provide your customers with competent advice.

• You and your team are one: you lead them and at the same time make sure that everyone feels comfortable.

Requirements - Have you successfully completed your basic retail training or have you gained a lot of experience in sales?

• You'll score points with us if you've already managed people and have experience in sales - perhaps in a similar role.

• There are also additional points for your knowledge of bread and baked goods.

• You speak German very well, both in writing and orally.

• You are flexible when it comes to working hours.
