- You plan and coordinate the use of all available means of transport
- With your friendly and competent manner you support and advise our customers around the transport
Main responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate the use of all available means of transport
- With your friendly and competent manner you support and advise our customers around the transport
- You start individual transport moratoriums for our customers
- The management and support of our chaffure and contract drivers are also part of your responsibility
- Customer complaints and claims you deal with solution-oriented and professional
- Our transport orders record, mutate and reject independently
- Also with administrative tasks you reliably get Profile
- Very good knowledge of Swiss geography – you know where, it goes - you think economically and find the right solution even in challenging situations
- Work in shift operations (between 04:00 and 22:00 in the change of week) fits your rhythm of life

- C or C/E as well as experience as chauffeur are advantageous, but no need - you communicate safely in German – oral as well as written and French skills are a plus
