Your tasks You are passionate about challenging real estate portfolios, like to take on responsibility and understand how to combine professionalism with customer orientation and team spirit? Then with us as real estate manager (m/f/d) you not only design the management of residential and commercial properties, but also directly shape the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our customers. The position offers a high development potential with the prospect of developing into a team leader and is to be filled by agreement.
- Self-responsible commercial and technical management of high-quality residential and commercial properties
- Monitoring developments in the rental market and in rental law
- Active support for new and existing tenants: as well as comprehensive lease contract management
- Effective vacancy management including subsequent rental
- Negotiation and drafting of business and supplementary lease contracts
- Implementation of property acceptance and transfer as well as support for tenant development projects
- Preparation and verification of detailed heating and operating costs accounts
- Preparation of solution-oriented applications to contracting entities
- Preparation of meaningful reports
- Prediction, budgeting and planning with earnings responsibility
- management and coordination of assigned clerks:inside and housekeeper:inside or FM service providers
- Performing special tasks and participating in projects
Your requirements
- Successful graduation of real estate manager: in with federal professional certificate
- Several years of experience in the management of residential and commercial properties as well as in the negotiation and drafting of business lease contracts, annexes and supplements
- Stylistic German in Word and Writing
- Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programs, possibly REM)
- Charismatic appearance and strong social skills
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as French and English skills of advantage
- Valid driving licence and own PW are required
