If you as a real estate manager (m/f/d) have experience in the management of business and residential properties and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, then you are at the right place with us. Tasks: • Independent management of various portfolios of business and residential properties (with assistance) • Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities • Professional management of housekeeping and cleaning staff • Ensuring maintenance and cooperation in renovation and renewal projects • Periodic assessment of properties and preparation of status reports • Preparation and monitoring of budget and multiannual planning Requirements • Completed basic training and further education as a real estate manager /-in with federal law. Specialist card • Several years of professional experience in business and residential property management • Business and residential rental experience • Very good oral and written communication in German, French beneficial • Garaio REM and Yarowa Knowledge of Benefits • Service- and customer-oriented personality with independent and proactive working methods • Own vehicle required for the care of various properties We believe in cooperation on equal terms, mutual trust and people who want to take responsibility.
