Portrait Present on the sites of Saint-Imier, Moutier and Tramelan, the - Vocational training centre Bern francophone is the reference institution in the region for vocational training in the fields of crafts, commerce, industry, health and social. There are about 1,600 young people in initial training and 800 adults in continuing training.

Tasks
As Director or Director of ARTISANAT, you will have overall responsibility for the implementation of the strategy and objectives related to this training sector with a view to achieving high quality education and efficient management of the field.
In particular, it is up to you to implement basic and continuing training products in this field, to conduct staff and manage people in training.
Directly under the responsibility of the Director-General, you will be on the steering committee of the Ceff to conduct the strategic and operational reflections necessary for the development of its four areas.

Profile required
- Tertiary university level training / HES
- Experience in the conduct of activities and teaching
- Excellent knowledge of vocational training
- Recognized communication and personnel management skills
- Open, dynamic and organized personality
- Very good mastery of German
- Good control of common computer tools
