For our locations Burgdorf and Langnau we are looking for an immediate or by agreement

Task area

• You support the management of the restaurant in the management of the guest company at the locations Burgdorf and Langnau and take over the deputy in their absence
• You work actively in the restaurant as well as internal and external events and ensure a smooth process
• You plan the assignments of employees and ensure a needs-based personnel assignment
• You take over cash statements and orders for food and other consumables according to internal specifications
• Together with the kitchen and team, you provide competent, warm guest care
• You work with sales, planning and implementation of internal and external events as well as actions
• You take guest feedback, derive appropriate measures and get involved in reports, meetings and projects
• You ensure compliance with food hygiene and our internal quality requirements

Profile

• You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel industry
• You bring experience in restaurant operations; a leadership education or first leadership experience is advantageous
• You are a guest-oriented and communicative personality and enjoy working with different people
• You act reliably, keep track even in hectic situations and set priorities clearly
• You convince through expertise, assertiveness and networked thinking
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• You are ready to take on assignments on schedule including weekend and holiday services
