Due to the retirement of the long-term job holder, we are looking for an appointment for the regions of Bern, Aargau, Solothurn and Basel.

Regional education managers 80-100 %

Your tasks

• Ensure, accompany and further develop the quality of training in the assigned holdings
• Conducting site visits as well as advising and accompaniing vocational trainees, education managers and leaders on training issues (care and other professional fields)
• Training and, if necessary, intensive support for vocational training managers and vocational training staff at the locations
• Support in challenging situations with learners and students as well as cooperation with internal key offices, schools and educational offices
• Planning and implementation of training and exchange of experience in the field of vocational training, participation in learning events and participation in regional trade fairs
• Participation in projects to further develop the training of learners and students within Tertianum

Your profile

• Completed training for/for dipl. Nursing professional HF or equivalent and in-depth experience in vocational training
• Ongoing or completed qualification at level SVEB 2 or equivalent
• Strong consulting, coaching and communication skills as well as pleasure in accompanying people in their development
• High social skills, resilience and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and structures
• Enjoy a varied activity with regular travel within the assigned region (GA is provided)
• Very good knowledge of German; ideally good to very good French skills in word and writing
