We are looking for you by 1. November 2026 or by agreement as real estate manager* in business real estate Tasks:

• Independent management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties, catering businesses and a small share of apartments
• Ensuring real estate maintenance and cooperation in maintenance and renovation projects
• Preparation/control of incidental cost statements and guarantee of collection
• Implementation of rental concepts, conduct of lease contract negotiations and - implementation of object acceptance/transfers
• Cooperation in operationally relevant projects and political business Requirements
• Further education as a real estate manager with federal law. FA or on the way to it
• Experience in the management of commercial and commercial properties of advantage
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working methods
• Very good knowledge of German, French is an advantage
