With a team of 35 dedicated specialists, the SPITEX services RUTU offer professional care, care and support for the population of the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi. As a public, regionally anchored organization, we offer high-quality services and continuously develop our offer.

In the context of a succession regulation, we are looking for a committed, leadership-strong personality as Managing Director (80-100%)

Their main tasks

• Operational overall responsibility after the familiarisation phase
• Quality assurance in all service areas
• Financial management and process optimisation
• Organizational development together with the Executive Board
• Building sustainable governance structures
• Promotion and development of your employees

Your profile

• You are a leader with qualified track records in

management and corresponding education or training, ideally on Higher or higher education level.

• You have leadership experience, ideally in health, social or

service-oriented environment.

• You have profound experience in financial planning, administration and IT. See also:

move safely in digital work processes and know specialist applications in the Spitex or healthcare sector.

• Experience in organizational development, change processes or change

Management is beneficial.

• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and communicate clearly

and binding.
