While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. For the Senevita in Residenz Multengut we are looking for a Dipl immediately or by appointment. Nursing specialist HF 40-100% (optional with additional function RAI-HC Responsible) Your tasks
- Professional, individual care and care according to established care guidelines
- You represent the care service in absence
- You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer (optional)
- Ensure full, professional and differentiated care
- You carry out RAI assessments and BMF on schedule
- You create care documentation and the individual care planning
- Assumption of day-to-day responsibility
- Participation in reports, team meetings and training
You bring that with you
- Certified nurse HF or equivalent education
- Good knowledge of RAI-HC is an advantage
- You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and are happy to pass on your knowledge to colleagues and learners
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex region is advantageous
- You are independent, competent and active thinking is important to you
- An emphatic accompaniment of the residents is just as obvious to you as an effective work organization and an appreciative cooperation in the team.
