• Treatment (therapy, diagnosis, counselling) of patients in inpatient and outpatient setting in all areas of clinical speech therapy
• Where possible, use in the interprofessional stationary departments of acute care and palliative care
• Active co-creation of the stationary and ambulatory logopaedic offer
• Opportunity to expand outpatient therapy in the field of pediatrics, depending on individual experience and personal interest
• Collaboration in or independent implementation of team-internal and interprofessional projects for the further development and establishment of speech therapy in everyday hospital life as well as for the continuous improvement of quality

Allowances and bonuses

For assignments in the evening, at night and on weekends, an inconvenience allowance of CHF 9 per hour is paid out. For evening and night assignments, an additional time credit of 20% is credited. Pension Fund

Our employees are insured by the pension fund SRO. SRO AG covers up to 60% of the contributions (instead of the usual 50%) and depending on the individual situation can be chosen between three savings plans.

Family and childcare

Employees who are legally entitled to family allowances also receive a monthly care allowance of CHF 180.– to CHF 250.–. Continued pay during 16 weeks of maternity leave and 15 days of paternity leave shall be 100%.
