• Professional leadership and co-responsibility in the development and promotion of care and quality of care in cooperation with the care expert
• Cooperation in care Responsibility for RAI care needs assessments
• Promotion and governance of interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Ensuring the training of students HF and learning FAGE

Here's what you bring with you

• Tertiary training as nurse HF/FH
• Experience in long-term care, ideally first professional experience with psychiatric cases in long-term care
• Training as vocational trainer beneficial or willing to undertake
• Solution-oriented working methods and networked thinking
• Good IT knowledge and openness in dealing with technical aids
