Meiringen Private Hospital is located in the impressive landscape of the Haslital, in the Bernese Oberland. Here people with all forms of mental suffering can find reception, treatment and care. The clinic with its own beds of 18 is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the inpatient basic care of the eastern Bernese Oberland. Care and care are based on current medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.

The team of the Des Alpes 3, focusing on affective diseases and psychotherapy, provides care for patients who require extensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. This task is based on the latest scientific findings in an individually defined treatment and care process. Psychosocial reintegration is considered a priority treatment goal.

Your tasks

• They are mainly responsible for the implementation of patient-oriented professional care in the context of the care process and the personnel work.
• You are committed to quality care in the sense of the Best Practice.
• You actively shape the treatment process in interprof-essional cooperation.
• You are jointly responsible for the organisational, personnel and professional management in cooperation with the focus manager.
• You represent the Head of Focus in her absence.
• You will participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.
• You accompany and guide the students/learning staff in everyday care.
• They contribute to improving quality and process processes.
