- You will raise the resources and challenges of our acute-inpatient and day-to-day clinical patients from a social work perspective, prioritize the topics displayed and accompany them in finding solutions and implementing them.
- This includes close interprofessional cooperation and networking both internally and externally with institutions, employers and people from the patient’s social environment.
- You plan, organize and conduct network conversations independently or with the treatment team.
- The history documentation and correspondence are also part of your tasks.
- You also take on other tasks for the clinic social service and help to represent colleagues in their absence. You bring that with you
- Graduate degree in social work (or equivalent education) and experience in clinical social work in psychiatry, health care or social insurance.
- Even in hectic times, you can count on your independence, flexibility and personal responsibility.
