Your tasks
- The acute care units ICM A+B offer an evidence-based, severity-graded and individualized care and treatment of patients with acute psychiatric diseases. The technical focus of the station is the multiprofessional, emergency psychiatric care of patients: women with affective disorders and anxiety disorders
- You are part of the Night Watch, which supports the patients in sleep, safety and rest to cope with their illness
- You care Take care of seriously ill people in complex often very acute care situations
- You work on comprehensive, person-centered care and compliance with our high quality standards
- Your particular focus is on safety and reducing the burden of symptoms when entering at night
- You support the patient: in particular in strengthening sleep hygiene and developing resilience and self-efficacy
- You actively help to implement and further develop a modern station concept
Your profile
- You are Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH (or have a diploma recognised in Switzerland)
- You work with commitment, a trace of passion and interest in psychiatry
- You are enthusiastic about interprofessional cooperation and complex psychiatric issues
- You may also apply with an education in a somatic environment
