Clinic for Aging and Neuropsychiatry
Your tasks
- You support us in day-to-day business on our closed age and neuropsychiatric acute care unit and can contribute your specialist knowledge and experience.
- You help with the implementation of our station concept and continue to develop it with us
- Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to a stabilization of patients and thus to a greater quality of life.
- As a nursing care provider, you accompany and support the patients and are in contact with their relatives
- You are responsible for the care process from entry to exit
- You actively help to implement an innovative station concept, define common attitudes and live them in everyday station life
- You will manage complex reception and care situations and will be supported by a motivated, interprofessional treatment team
Your profile
- You have a degree as a dipl. HF/FH/DNII nurse (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland)
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience ideally in the environment of patients: inside with dementia diseases
- You are a flexible and motivated personality who likes to take on challenges and actively shape change
- You appreciate multi-professional cooperation in a dynamic environment
- You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
- You are responsible for comprehensive, person-centered care and compliance with our high quality standards
