- Design of a therapy and treatment plan tailored to patients in close cooperation with the interprofessional team
- Establishing care-specific objectives and assessing the effect and course
- Ensuring and coordinating organisational processes related to nursing care
Key requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing professional
- Interest in the field of neurological rehabilitation
- Experience in acute care or rehabilitation care is beneficial
- Strong observation and communication capability to capture, analyse and communicate complex situations
- Enjoy independent and patient-oriented work in the interprofessional team
- Responsibility, flexibility, willingness to reflect, persistence and empathy
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German (minor level B2 with proof) You will find with us
