Tasks
As a daily responsibility, you support and accompany the team through everyday work and show your organizational skills. You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons and other interfaces. You take responsibility for the professional care and care of our residents. You help to shape the care processes in the long term. You organize your area of competence independently, applying the professional and internal standards and guidelines.
As a RAI supervisor, you support our RAI managers in the professional application of the instrument interRAI LTCF. You work on the implementation and review of the internal InterRAI LTCF process, support the care team and design the care planning. You ensure correct and traceable coding. Further, you will monitor and analyze RAI specific and medical quality indicators. You are also the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for the audits.
Requirements
- Tertiary education (FH, HF, DNII, ACP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Further training as RAI – Supervisor:in
- Modern understanding of care and high social competence
- Professional management of complex situations
- Enjoying the sharing of knowledge and supporting and accompanying employees
- electronic maintenance documentation is our standard
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training
