Tasks

You provide a high-quality and holistic quality of care and care for our residents: ensure, cope with the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of care and are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of the care processes. With respect and mindfulness, you respond to the individual needs and wishes of the inhabitants. You carry the daily responsibility in shift operation, without a night watch. It gives you pleasure to promote and accompany learners and employees. As a care specialist, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of the care processes as well as the documentation (easyDOK) and the performance recording (RAI). With relatives and trusted persons you maintain professional and sensitive contacts.
