The Lenoir station of the University Psychiatric Center (UPZ) Bern is more than just a workplace – it is a place of change. Your tasks
- You support young adults in acute psychiatric crises and focus on partnership-based, patient-centered care
- You support young adults in various development topics as part of the transition from adolescence to adulthood
- You take responsibility in medical technology measures
- You implement the care process professionally based on the reference person system
- You actively contribute to the design of the station environment and create a stable environment for patients
- You are committed to the interdisciplinary team
Your profile
- You bring a diploma as a nurse AKP/DN II/HF/FH, preferably with experience in psychiatry and enjoy psychiatric care
- A dynamic working environment that continuously evolves motivates you - and you like to shape it
- A solution-oriented cooperation in the interdisciplinary team is important to you and you are committed to its further development
- You keep a cool head and a pinch of humor, even in challenging situations
- You enjoy working with young adults and accompany them appreciatively and professionally in their individual development phases
