The Biel Hospital Center is expanding its ENT offering, creating new opportunities for modern and patient-centred outpatient care. In the ENT-Ambulatorium, you can expect a versatile and self-responsible area of responsibility with plenty of room for your own ideas and design. You take on a central role in the care of our patients, coordinate important processes and lead care-led consultation hours independently. In close cooperation with the medical team, you will actively contribute your nursing expertise to the further development of the ENT offering. Dipl. Nursing professional ENT, 30 %
You do
- You coordinate and plan the operating days of the ENT doctors of the Biel Hospital Center
- You independently lead nursing-guided, preoperative consultation hours and accompany patients before and after outpatient surgery
- You conduct reconnaissance interviews before operations, provide information material, prescriptions and consent documents and are the contact person for all questions about the upcoming intervention
- You support the medical team in the strategic expansion of the ENT offer and actively contribute your nursing perspective
- You support your colleagues in holiday absences.
- You take on project tasks as part of the further expansion and bring your own ideas for the further development of the offer

- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing professional / Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH
- Strong independence and organizational talent as well as the ability to structure your working day independently
- A sense of duty, reliability, initiative and the joy of helping to shape new structures
- Communication strength and empathy in contact with patients
- Good knowledge of German and French
- Safe handling of digital systems
