- With our customers you take on assignments in basic and treatment care
- You play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy first-class and individual care at home
- You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives, based on their individual needs
- You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer
- You work with preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Promoting the independence and quality of life of customers in the home environment
- You will carry out comprehensive nursing history and assessments
- You direct the subordinate employees with regard to nursing measures
- You take on administrative tasks in the context of case management

- Training for Dipl. Nursing professional
- Consulting competence and ability to guide clients and employees
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex region is advantageous
- Independent, structured and efficient work

- You can already demonstrate further education in the RAI-HC area or are ready to train in a timely manner
