• You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and care every day
• You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
• You take on the service and house responsibility
• You are the contact point for residents, relatives and other stakeholders such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
• You support the management and have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development of our house
• You are helping to train learners/students

You bring that with you

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or equivalent degree
• You have an advantage over professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector
• You have good oral and written knowledge of German
• You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
• Completed vocational trainer course of advantage, or willingness to complete it
