Spitexdienste Laupen is a non-profit organisation with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with approximately 10,000 inhabitants. To complement our team, we are looking for an immediately established and motivated team by agreement. Dipl. nurse/dipl. Nursing specialist FH/HF 80 - 100% Our central starting point for our clients is in the Betagtenzentrum Laupen. From here we start with our own or the Spitex car on our tours. Your tasks

• You carry out needs assessments directly at our clients’ home – digitally and easily with the tablet
• You take responsibility for the entire care process and ensure a professional basic and treatment care
• You work in the daytime responsibility (06:30 – 16:00) or in the late service (13:30 – 23:00) and actively shape the day care
• As a competent contact person, you support our clients, their relatives and your team with advice and action
• With your expertise and experience, you support the apprentices in everyday work and contribute to their successful development.

This is what you ideally bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or FH
• At least two years of professional experience – ideally in the Spitex sector
• You have already completed the Vocational Training Course or are ready to attend it
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge
• Knowledge in ASEBIS is a plus, but not a must
• You work safely with PC, tablet and digital care documentation
• You act independently, take responsibility and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• A category B driver’s license; own car is an advantage
