Your tasks

• Overall responsibility RAI-NH
• Initiate the MDS observation phase and classifications
• Training on proper documentation and support for classifications
• Holistic care and support for the residents in accordance with the mission statement and the care process
• Carrying out treatment-related activities
• Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
• Documentation of care
• Taking on tasks as a reference person
• Control of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions

Your profile

• Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge at supervisor level
• Training and experience as a vocational trainer
• Wound management knowledge is an advantage
• Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Enjoy diverse challenges
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
