- You ensure individual, holistic and resident-oriented care and care that focuses on the quality of life of the residents.
- You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in the decisions regarding their care.
- You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and caregivers and are available as a competent contact person.
You bring that with you
- Completed training as a dipl. nurse HF / FH (AKP, DNII, DNI, PsyKP) or an equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
- You provide professional, needs-based care and support in complex care situations
- You have a big heart for older people and value appreciative, empathetic and resident-centered care
- Very good knowledge of German is essential for communication with our residents and in the team
