Professional, individual and family-oriented care of pregnant women, mothers, newborns and their families is at the heart of your work. You accompany and care for women and their families during pregnancy, around birth and in early postpartum and ensure a holistic, needs-oriented and competent care. In close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team, you accompany the women from admission to birth to postpartum and ensure continuous, safe and sensitive care. You support and strengthen the families in their individual situation and contribute to a positive and trusting birth experience.
