We are looking for an immediately or by agreement at the Burgdorf location:

Task area

• You support and monitor critically ill patients / patients of all disciplines competently and proactively – from admission to relocation
• You carry out demanding intensive care measures on your own responsibility and ensure safe apparatus monitoring
• You are an active member of the REA team and take responsibility in acute and emergency situations
• You are responsible for the care process and its professional documentation
• You work interprofessionally closely with the medical service and other specialist areas
• You accompany students to NDS HF Intensive Care and support new employees with their familiarization

Profile

• Completed postgraduate degree in HF Intensive Care (or an equivalent education recognised in Switzerland)
• Sound expertise and pleasure in the demanding care of critically ill patients
• High commitment, resilience and an independent and structured working method
• Open, flexible personality with strong interdisciplinary team skills
• Reflection and networked thinking and action
• Willingness to work in shift work
