You do.

As dipl. Expert / expert anesthesia care NDS HF with vocational training function you work actively in adult and child anesthesia and at the same time play an important role in the practical education and training of future professionals. Clinical activity

• They ensure professional, safe and patient-oriented care during regional and general anesthesias.
• You are active in both adult and child anesthesia and actively contribute your anesthesiological expertise.
• They continuously monitor patients, detect changes at an early stage and react appropriately to the situation.
• In emergency and crisis situations, you act in a structured manner and initiate the necessary measures together with the anesthesia team.
• They support a safe and professional storage of patients.
• They work closely with the medical service as well as other professional groups in the field of surgery and take on interdisciplinary tasks if necessary.

Vocational training

• They accompany and promote learners and students during their practical assignments individually, appreciatively and goal-oriented.
• They plan and design learning sequences in clinical everyday life and create specific situations in which theoretical knowledge can be combined with practical experience.
• They promote the development of specialist, methodological, social and self-competence and accompany learners and students on their way to increasing independence and professional responsibility.
• They observe and assess learning progress and conduct structured location, learning and assessment interviews.
• They provide constructive feedback, support reflection processes and promote a professional learning and error culture.
• They work closely with those responsible for vocational training, the nursing team and the respective educational institutions.
• They are actively involved in the further development of practical training and training quality in anesthesia care.

For this responsible dual function, we are looking for an experienced and pedagogically interested personality who enjoys accompanying people in their professional development.

• Diploma as an expert / expert anesthesia care NDS HF or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
• Sound professional experience and high level of expertise in anesthesia care
• Pedagogical training, e.g. SVEB certificate, or the willingness to acquire an appropriate qualification
• Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting learners and students of different levels and age groups
• Ability to individually design learning processes, identify development potential and provide constructive feedback
• Strong communication, reflection and social skills
• Responsibility, independence and a structured working method
• Experience in pediatric anesthesia is beneficial, but not a requirement
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and active development of training quality
• Good general IT user knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German or French as well as knowledge of the other language
