You make sure that our residents are taken seriously, well-accompanied and safely cared for – individually, holisticly and with a quality of care that you will help.
For relatives, you are a reliable and competent contact person who answers questions in a comprehensible manner and takes up concerns carefully.
In the team you bring your expertise and are ready to have an open ear for the learners of the learning station.
You take daily responsibility (without night services) and tax the entire care process carefully and safely. With your experience and your sense of responsibility, you also keep an overview on lively days and meet clear decisions.
Requirements
- training at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, ACP, PsyKP, KWS), training at upper secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, betakeeper, nursing, etc.)
